Bleecker St.-

We worked with Bleecker St. to design a mobile street food venue with outdoor seating area located at the South Bank Centre. We converted a shipping container into a commercial kitchen and made alterations to the structure in order to optimise the flow of the kitchen and customers. Adaptainer based in Ipswich, converted the shipping containers in Suffolk to our exact designs, before delivering them to London.

By working closely with the chefs to understand how to optimise workflow, we managed to improve their service times, which helped to increase sales and reduce waiting time for customers. The Bleecker St burger brand was visually reinforced by using their monochromatic colour scheme on the container.
